Trump refers to people with dyslexia - specifically Gavin Newsom - as having a "mental deficiency."

Approximately 40 to 43.5 million American adults (roughly 1 in 5 people or 15–20% of the population) have dyslexia. It is the most common neuro-cognitive disorder and learning disability in the U.S., with up to 38 million of those adults remaining undiagnosed.

And I believe he is dyslexic. I grew up with a mother with dyslexia. She tried to hide it and I recognise the signs. Pictorial intelligence briefings is a big tell.

He is the master of nothing, BUT the winner of the Nobel Projection Prize!

If he could just find a way to pry the repub congress and his cabinet out or his arse, he might be able to bask in it!

It doesn't mean that he's not smart. He is. It's just that he digests information in a different way. The same goes for Newsom. Which is completely different from Trump, who doesn't appear to digest information at all. It goes in one ear, gets re-jiggered to whatever he thinks is most advantageous to him and then spews out his mouth.
