Idiots like Hegseth think the way to end “stupid rules of engagement” is with “idiotic rules of engagement”. More stupid, please. Nobody does stupid better than him and T-hole.

Ya know, he’s right. They may be the most stupid men in history.

Is there a trophy that goes with it?

To save the trouble, this refers to when General Tommy Franks called Feith,, 'The dumbest fucking guy on the planet."

And that they knew it was a school. The building had previously belonged to the Revolutionary Guard Corps.

But, given that Iran posed no immediate threat, there's still the charges of conspiracy to wage aggressive war, and waging aggressive war under the Geneva and Hague Conventions regarding the Law of Land Warfare.

... of today's missile guidance capabilities, it strains credibility to suggest it wasn't specifically targeted. Even if they thought it was still a Revolutionary Guard facility, that only condemns the inferior intelligence-gathering prior to the attack.

They communicate with satellites to follow the path. So if the programmed path didn't account for the building or the target was based on sloppy intelligence (or both) the precision guidance won't make up for that.

Supposedly that was the excuse when the US hit the Chines embassy in Belgrade in 1999 during the Kosovo war. At first they said that the route was outdated but it turned out later that Sig Intel determined that the Chinese embassy was being used as a re-trans after NATO took out Milosevic's house which had also been used as a re-trans so they hit it deliberately.

Nor is Israel. So we won't see Hegseth stand trial in the Hague unless he is indicted in absentia and some member country arrests him.

Honestly believe that there will be war crimes trials? How about even the smallest amount of accountability for the crimes Dolt45 and his clown cabinet have committed? I support the original post and concur...I just don't believe it will happen.

After the 4 years under Biden, I will believe it when I see it.

I know this will piss some of you off......it pisses me off too that very few of the top people or Dolt45 were held accountable. I've just lost any confidence or hope that it will happen under the next dem POTUS.

I don't necessarily blame Biden. He was my favorite POTUS in my lifetime. I just see a lack of motivation among the party in general to actually fight for anything like this. Some of the younger dems have the zeal and energy to do it but they're usually shot down when they try.
