Billionaires want to go full speed ahead, consequences be damned. They don't give a shit.

This is where GOVERNMENT REGULATION has a role -- forcing corporations to operate not only for their own private profit, but for the public good.

Capitalism is at its core, fiscal psychopathy. Capitalism must, to work for anything other than itself and its billionaire owners, be HIGHLY regulated by representatives of the people. In the US, that is Congress.

Right now, it's barrelling ahead with NO regulation and a Congress and POTUS that is demanding NO regulation -- consequences be damned. That's just goddamned STUPID.

And corporations are just as stupid. They are selfish, and they don't give a rat's ass what they do to the rest of the world for profit.

Only Congress can put up guardrails, and they MUST. But they're not - because Republicans hate government regulations.
