The person explains that there was an attempted arrest by ICE and community members surrounded the home to stop the arrest. Even though the protesters were peaceful they were brutally beaten by the Feds and the Local Police. The incident occurred in Burlington Vermont.

I read a couple news articles this morning.

To summarize, it was another out of control ICE operation. While some local residents are voicing criticism at the police, State and local police are pointing the blame at ICE saying they are not happy with how ICE conducted their operation and they were not even aware that ICE was going to be enacting an operation in the area.
