Another problem with attacking Iran is the Iranian Army is in love with rocket artillery tipped with high-explosive warheads, and even the shortest-range Short Range Ballistic Missile system in their inventory can reach Dubai. They also have four Medium Range Ballistic Missile systems (Shahab-3 with 1300km range; Ghadr-110 with 1800km range; Sejjil-2 and Khorramshahr with 2000km range) that can reach anywhere in Israel.

Now, please understand that just having these systems is no guarantee of perfection in their employment. I doubt that an Iranian missileman can type "hit the Burj Khalifa" into his firing console and have any expectation of hitting it. However, typing that into his console and hitting anywhere in Dubai would basically change the world.
