A vote suppressed is identical in effect to someone voting twice

We have the smallest fraction of vote fraud, and it seems to show up as Republican, yet with the war cry of voter fraud, there is a long history of votes being purged. If a vote reform needs to be made it needs to be made in a way where any person who was kept from the voting place, purged from their voting rights, can easily sue for restitution.
