DC, or one of assholes golf courses.

Before all this started they said their responses would be proportionate. So they've hit the same infrastructure and resources, and military sites that we hit. What they haven't gone after yet is our (so-called) leadership. We killed all theirs. So what would be their proportionate response to that???
