Official Acts vs Criminal Acts

I am really curious - with Donald Trump how can one determine an Official Act versus his Criminal Acts?

If he instructs Pam to hide the Epstein Files to cover up his criminal acts is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

If he instructs Kash to fire FBI Agents that investigated his criminal acts as it related to the Classified Documents is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

If he imposes Tariffs on various Countries and then drops the Tariffs on those Countries that provide him with a personal gratuity is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

When he instructs the military to attack and take control of Oil Tankers on the high seas and then take control of the vessel and sells the oil and puts the money into a foreign account (not accountable to the U.S. Treasury) is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

When the Constitution defines Elections as State controlled and he then directs the DOJ to take control of State election materials so that he can attempt to control the Elections - is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

When the Courts have determined that his DOJ or his Office has lied about what he actions he has taken - is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

And when he is working with other people in his Cabinet or members of Congress to subvert the law to his benefit be that political or financial is that an Official Act or a Criminal Act?

That’s just a few things - can anyone explain the difference to me?

(I’m assuming the vast majority of his “official” acts aren’t necessarily legal ones, ‘natch.)

One of the clearest, most important reasons for killing the filibuster and expanding the court in 2029.
