The sheriff investigating the kidnapping stated he believes he knows the motive, but doesn't want to release it.
I thought about that and came to the conclusion, it rules out money, if it were money he would say it. It must be something controversial.
Someone was smart enough to disable the Wi-fi to Nancy's home. Also, a neighbor said his ring camera had no data during the time of the kidnapping. The sheriff also said, the kidnapper wanted to be seen, pretty damn odd statement. The sheriff didn't wait for the FBI, he investigated the crime scene for 20 hours. The DNA he collected he did not turn over to the FBI, he sent it to a private company, I find that strange.
2 suspicious hooded people knock on a window of Nancy's neighbor, it's raining, when they say they are FBI she lets them in. They nose around her house and garage for 20 minutes, then just leave. Neighbor reports it and the FBI says they weren't FBI agents. Later the FBI says oh wait, they were FBI agents.
What's left?
Nancy posted a lot on the internet, posted a lot of anti-Trump posts.
Savannah Guthrie did an interview with Epstein victims.
The MSM has gone out of its way blaming the sheriff for botching the investigation.
The MSM has gone out of its way blaming a relative.
What's left? What's the motive for kidnapping a nice elderly lady?
I think the sheriff messed up someone's plan.

(32,058 posts)Going to have to ask someone in the know, the sheriff.
The only opinion I will give is that I don't think it was a flunky, it was someone who knew what he was doing.
Someone sent a ransom message that was supposedly untraceable.

There are several things that don't add up. It is natural to want answers.
