I was a delegate to yesterday's Boulder County, Colorado, Democratic Party caucus.

One sobering thing about yesterday's caucus was that nearly every delegate was, like me, elderly. I sure hope we can get the middle-aged and young out to vote this fall for Democratic candidates. We did send delegates supporting some younger faces to the state convention in Pueblo March 28. Our delegation will be supporting a young candidate for US Senate named Julie Gonzales to take John Hickenlooper's place on the November ballot. I declined to be a delegate to state because I would rather stand in the No Kings protest the same day.
