Warning if you have travel coming up involving airplanes, I discovered

the prices have increased by over 20% in the last 10 days. I booked a flight from Costa Rica to Zurich for $1050. Because I'm senile, I rebooked it this morning and it was $1225. I'm so happy they let you cancel a reservation within 24 hours for free!

San Juan, Puerto Rico. I left at 6PM and won't fly out of here until 6AM tomorrow. There are very few direct flights from Liberia, CR.

I booked r/t to Buenos Aires on 3/7. Paid with miles on my Capital One card. The tickets are for travel 7/15 to 10/25. Just hope WW III is over by then,

If I had made this reservation a month ago it would have cost me 17000 miles + an $11.20 processing fee.
Yesterday it cost me 19000 miles +$11.20

I still have some left but not enough for a full ticket.
