Every morning i wake up and start thinking or saying FUCK! As i read the news over coffee.
I’m reminded of two quotes that my first rifle platoon sergeant would use at times usually out of humor.
The first quote was him speaking to our rifle platoons second lieutenant forty two years ago.
And the quotes applies to this administration of incompetence.
The one quote was Sir what will you be fucking up in my world today.
No slamming the new second lieutenant he was sharp a fine infantry officer in his actions in leadership no arrogance from him.
He was new a cherry in his early twenties a few years older than us seventeen or eighteen year olds.
And yet the L.T. as all of us listened to our senior N.C.O.’s who survived Vietnam.
Another quote that fine N.C.O. Would say at times was.
Men there are those that can do and that is us. And then there are those that think they can and cannot. And those are the stupid fuckers that are in charge of this shit show that we live in.
And these fuckers in charge today are max stupid in their actions.
Me I’m desperately hoping as all of us. In that this stupid administration finds an off ramp and fast on this highway they have us on.
Because by tomorrow morning Tuesday at the latest. We could be in deeper trouble than we already are in this energy crisis.
