(5,054 posts)...things like desalinization plants or power plants will hurt the neighbors aligned with the US but won't move the economic needle/price of oil which helps Iran if they keep any production going and ship it out.

(155 posts)In his mind, the idea of de-escalation is equivalent to weakness. He doesn't care if everything gets destroyed or how many innocent lives are lost. He has to portray this fake superhero image that his cult has built him up to be and as long as it's not his money or his life at risk, it's full speed ahead.
