1. They can't come in illegally by plane

CBP has always screened people entering the US at airports.

And they can't fly by plane while here (unless they are self deporting). In fact, a passport or Real ID is required to board a plane. Neither can be obtained by illegal immigrants. If Trump thinks illegal immigrants are flying in and out of airports, then the SAVE act won't stop them from voting. A similar level of proof of citizenship is required and has been required to fly since early 2025.
