I dont have a link because Im watching it right now - but she related the ordeal of some of their own investigators in simply trying to get to the site. She spoke about investigators waiting 3 hours in the same lines everyone else is, and that many of them opted to take the train or drive to get there.
And Im watching this thinking . . DAMN . . even the NTSB doesnt seem too very eager to jump on a plane right now
What a sad and horrible tragedy. Im so pleased to see Homendy is still there. Its so good to see that Piggy hasnt been able to fire every single competent human in the government. She is a masterful professional, from what I have seen over the years.

(31,730 posts)No flights that will land later than one hour before sundown. No flights that are the last run of the day. No flights on peak travel dates with really high prefrence given to days with lower volume. Seats in the back. Always take the seats in the back.
But I love flying. I just do. It would have to get pretty bad to make me drive instead of fly to go see the granddaughter.
