A female executive at the top of the modelling industry had a close friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and introduced him to women on the agencys books, a Guardian investigation has found.
Until last November, Faith Kates ran Next Management modelling and talent agency, which has represented the likes of Alexa Chung, Milla Jovovich and Billie Eilish, a position she held for decades as the founder of the business. She stepped down quietly just weeks before the first major Epstein files were released, saying she intended to focus on charity work.
Links between Kates and the late sex offender have previously been reported, but analysis of documents published by the US Department of Justice reveals a much deeper relationship than previously known, with emails showing Kates secretly took business advice from Epstein and discussed multimillion-dollar loans.
Kates appears to have met Epstein regularly, including on one occasion with the then Prince Andrew at a New York department store in December 2010, the week of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsors now infamous visit to the city to supposedly call off his friendship with the financier
Kates must not skate!

(4,112 posts)he mostly like had some contact with everyone at that level. But how deep did that contact go? Some of the men and women would have been involved in his sex trafficking operation in some way; but for others, he was their questionable financial adviser, and the guest you invited to your party because he added that something that made your party or event stand out from all the others. You went to his parties because he "simply knew everyone, dahling" and it was where you would make contacts with others for whatever reason.
Not trying to diminish the monstrous nature of what he did, just pointing out that for some who had contact with him it would be the equivalent of knowing who he was and being polite if one was at a social event that he was also at and you got stuck having a conversation with him.

Epstein's business was feeding an insatiable demand. A demand by the wealthy for a supply of attractive women (edit to add "and children"
they can treat like sex slaves.
Trust me. There is another "Epstein" operating the same business for the same class of clients right now. The Epstein class.

Any guesses who is now in charge?

(25,389 posts)But if I were going to look, I would start with influential people in the pageant and modeling business.
Especially child pageants and child modeling agencies.
