On sentencing day, scheduled for May 18, Reilly faces up to 25 years behind bars on the top charge, a felony, with a minimum of five years in state prison.
*On the day of the incident on May 2, 2025, around 9 p.m., Barry 24 at the time, a legal immigrant from Guinea approached Reillys home on Valerie Drive in the Town of Chester. While making a food delivery, Barry was lost with a dead phone battery and arrived, unarmed, at Reillys front door with a bag of food and asked for help with charging his phone.
After asking Barry to leave, Reilly went inside the house and returned with a sling holster and a .45 caliber Glock pistol.
