"An armed attack against one NATO Ally shall be considered an attack on them all"

A NATO country was not attacked. We were not attacked. Attacks on our bases in other countries do not count especially the ones in none NATO countries.

NATO is right on this IMO. Trump is a dumb fuck, He doesn't know the first thing about NATO.

and after realizing it can't be used as his tool for his flawed policies, now perceives it's an obstacle to his craven power & profit grabs, and therefore an enemy of the state.
