I would imagine (and hope!) that no prestigious law firm would ever hire such an incompetent person to work for them. That would bring their standing in the legal community way far down. If I ever needed a lawyer, I certainly wouldn't chose one who had her on their roster of attorneys. The whole firm would be suspect, in my opinion.
