Been watching two Great Blue Herons feeding a

youngster in the tall Cypress across my pond. Their in and out religion of feed and watch and fly has been a treat.
Contemplating the chick getting out of the nest. Has to be a lot of watching the parents up and downs.
The leaps into the unknowns turn up knowns.
