Trump "... has shown almost no ability - or interest - in winning back support...", and a net approval of -21.4

Data journalist and pollster Elliott Morris was taken aback on Friday after new polling showed President Donald Trump receiving his single-lowest favorability rating of his political career, and the lowest of any past president at this point in their term since the 1940s.

According to the polling aggregator FiftyPlusOne, as of Thursday, Trump’s net approval had sunk to -21.4, with 37.2% approving of his job performance and 58.6% disapproving.

“That’s the lowest mark of his second term,” Morris wrote in an analysis published Friday on his Substack, Strength In Numbers.

“Again and again, the biggest drops in his standing follow events that raised costs, heightened uncertainty, or reinforced a sense that the country is off track. And because the president has shown almost no ability – or interest – in winning back support, his unpopularity looks less like a purely political or economic liability and more like a defining feature of his second term.”

He has three years left to steal unlimited assets here in the US and world.
No one will stop him.

He doesn't need voter approval to pull off the greatest heist in US history.

You're looking at a more "global" scenario, and that's 100% valid, because that's where the big bucks are.

But Trump regularly sends out "guilt trip" emails to the MAGAts, begging for money.

You and I might think "If he just got a million bucks from someone, why would he care about $5 from a MAGAt," but I'm sure you remember this one...every penny matters to him, and pissed off MAGAts don't donate.

The Trump Files: The Easiest 13 Cents He Ever Made
Tim Murphy National Correspondent

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2020/08/trump-files-spy-magazine-prank/

In its short-lived existence, Spy magazine had a lot of fun with Donald Trump. The New York-based monthly is best known for making fun of the size of Trump’s fingers, but its deepest cut may have come as part of a 1990 prank.

Spy correspondent Julius Lowenthal wanted to know just how cheap some of the city’s richest figures were. So he set up a company, called the National Refund Clearinghouse, and sent letters with checks for $1.11 enclosed, “for services that you were overcharged for.” The letters went out to 58 “well-known, well-heeled Americans,” 26 of whom promptly cashed them. Curious as to how low they might go, Lowenthal sent those 26 “nabobs” a second refund check, for $0.64. This time, 13 people cashed them.

Finally, he sent those 13 respondents a check for $0.13. This time, only two people cashed the check. One was an arms dealer. The other was Donald Trump, whom the magazine identified as a “demibillionaire casino operator and adulturer.”

As soon as he started slipping in the polls he's shown no interest in manipulating anything but the stock market.

It's doubtful Trump's most loyal supporters will ever understand how much he deeply despised them, right from the very beginning.
