Unless there is a cardiovascular crisis requiring surgery,

he does not HAVE to go to a hospital

You can bet whatever money you may have left after filling up your tank today, that virtually every condition, pathology, complication, and symptom can be addressed at the White House. I’m certain they have a surgical suite for emergencies and staff to perform life-saving procedures, as well as all medications and instruments required.

You can also bet that after his hospitalization for Covid back when, they instituted a full-court press so that those optics won’t have to be repeated unless there’s a crisis. After all, it’s all perception.

He seems like the type, at this stage of his devolvement along with his history of privilege, age and background to INSIST on going to the hospital if he really feels he might be in trouble.

They simply won’t believe that the medical staff standing right in front of them, who obviously know them best, have the slightest clue what to do and the “real” doctors all work at the hospital.

Do they have an OCT?
He’s at the right age and weight for Giant Cell Arteritis

I don’t think they can diagnosis or treat virtually everything

For that particular problem requires hospitalization and biopsies

We do know he’s gone to WR for MRIs in the past. We know when he got covid it was bad enough that they had to transport him to WR. But it’s not out of the realm that they’ve installed an MRI machine on site in the time that has passed since he was last reported to have visited WR for an MRI.

The benefit of doing that, beyond the ability to do one quickly, is that it would eliminate the need to go to WR, which cuts down on the risk of the kind of speculation that has occurred today.

Paul Krugman posted today that he has not sounded like himself.

Maybe the hopelessness of the situation he has painted himself into is sinking in.

Everything is turning to shit around him, like his Supreme Court/birthright citizenship escapade. His poll numbers are at a record low. Nobody wants his damn war, including a lot of his supporters. His economy is in the crapper. People are finally catching onto his gaming the stock market... He's got to be flipping out at this point. They probably have him sedated somewhere.
