2 strokes and a TIA last fall, and I have had 1 steak, 1 steak bowl at Salsarita's, and one serving of lamb in 2026. Before, my default for a meal was red meat. If I could eat a big sloppy cheeseburger for every meal and not gain a ton of weight and have a disabling stroke... but gotta choose to live, you know?

But I hate this for people who want it, and can indulge in it without it being a short-term death sentence, and who didn't vote for this. I've already seen MAGAs around here blame both gas and grocery prices on greedy corporations (funny how that didn't happen with gas or eggs under Biden), so fuck them. I hope they enjoy their $20 Whopper. I'll be eating my grilled chicken salad, thanks. Of course, that will probably go way through the roof soon.

Conservatives have said that the country needs to be run like a business for forever. Well now,

Democrats won these tough races because we ran strong candidates focused on what matters most to Americans — affordability and kitchen table issues.
