For those complaining abt NBC teaser on Tina Peters: The Court upheld her conviction, remanded to be resentenced.

The court just has to remove some sentences about the rationale for her original sentence.

The judge commented on her lack of remorse and continued insistence on election fraud as a reason for the length of her sentence, and the appeals court found that was inappropriate.

It will be interesting to see how much, if any, time is shaved off her original 9 year sentence in the revised sentencing document.
