Is SCOTUS trying to redeem itself?

After giving the child raping bag of fuck immunity?

Yes, I think that’s the core of their recent decisions.

Sorry you fucking sinister six, you get no “quarter” here and I can’t wait for President Democrat and a Democratic Congress to expand the court by six seats. (And impeach and remove at least four of you lying motherfuckers).

The Roberts court will live forever in infamy in the annals of jurisprudence.

If the birthright decision goes in our favor and against the current administration, it’s probably because many GQPs and their families would be effected.

I would like to have a clear understanding of the underlying judicial principles that brought this decision about without comment or any noted dissents.

I do not have a clear understanding as to why.

My limited understanding is that it's strictly procedural, and that because it was the DOJ that brought the charges, the DOJ can request that they be vacated.

I do not conclude that the three known non-fascist justices desired for Bannon to be cleared.

Quite the opposite.

The Rehnquist 5 made the current Roberts court and the nightmare we're now living through possible. There will never, ever be redemption for the SCOTUS. They killed American democracy in broad daylight!
