Newly obtained video of Minneapolis shooting undermines ICE account.

Federal prosecutors did not watch video of the shooting until weeks after charging the wounded man. This is the case where ICE shot a Venezuelan guy who they claim tried to beat up an agent with a snow shovel. There was video evidence that it didn't happen, and that they shot the guy through a closed door after he ran away. They had to drop the charges and in this very rare case the agents were placed on leave and might face criminal charges.
