I did a little digging, and have several questions to which I cannot seem to find the answers. He graduated from Haverford in 1982 with a B. A. in economics, went to work immediately for Cantor Fitzgerald, and in 1989 was named ceo? "meteoric rise" indeed! Then he manages to seize control of CF in 1996. How? And apparently his son is now ceo. (Is this the son he suddenly decided to take to his first day of kindergarden on 9/11, which was why he wasn't in his CF office that morning?)
The college has a very good reputation* (even though it did not admit women until 1980), but it not only gave us this scum, it also gave us alex karp, cofounder of palantir.
* An impressive list of alumni, including Dave Barry and Chevy Chase (Chevy did not graduate).

(53,228 posts)Lutnick is probably the least-evil member of the Trump Administration.
One has to understand that asking who's the least--evil member of the Trump administration is kinda like asking who the least-dirty NFL player was when the only three choices you get are Night Train Lane, Bill Romanowski and Vontaze Burfict, but it is what it is.

(53,228 posts)The other three are real, and considered the dirtiest players of their eras.
Night Train Lane intercepted 14 passes in his rookie season. Its still the NFL record and now the season is five games longer to give you more time to do it in. Mr. Lane also invented the clothesline tackle and became the reason its now banned.
Romanowski is famous for being a roided out scumbag. When he was with the Raiders he punched one of his own teammates in the face so hard he had to retire from the game.
Burfict (my iPhone suggested hurricane as the proper spelling, which fits) holds the records for most fines and longest suspension in NFL history
