I just saw a clip for the second time, from the earlier press conference.

When a reporter asked him about the critics who question his mental health. He said I haven't heard that...you need more people like me, because our country was being ripped off.

If he says someone else was ripping the country off - it means he is doing one of his true confession projections.

He is ripping this country off, in every way he can figure out.
