17. Justifying war crimes? Really? War crimes aside: ummm, an entirely different situation. The two are not

even close to analogous. Not to mention, two wrongs don't make a right; there were lot of arguments against and opposition to NATO's bombing of Yugoslavia at the time -- and for good reason; and the US was operating only as a part of NATO, not independently. Last I knew, NATO in no way supports current US strategy (not that there is one).
