How can Republicans say the Clintons had to testify or be held in contempt, but Pam Bondi doesn't have to testify?

Another example that Democrats must be held to account to the letter of the law, while for Republicans following the law or not is their prerogative.

I'm so fucking tired of this.

The supremacist court just told Bannon he can still play the system with his Congressional no show so she can count on their backing..

This whole "government" is a criminal enterprise with the child rapist directing the action and controlling the evidence.

...how about:

Republicons use, abuse, and piss on laws, just like everything else they do.

And, since they want a king/ daddy / dictator to tell them how to feel & think, why don't they get back on the pilgrim ship and go back to England/ or sail to Qatar/ Saudia Arabia?

laws, or bothered by hypocrisy. Steve Scalise got saved by a black lesbian law enforcement agent
from a deranged gunman and he still votes to make her a second class citizen they chased after
Bill Clinton for consensual sex relationship but Donald Trump’s multiple rapes, sexual assaults, and
sex trafficking actions don’t raise any problems for them.

Btw one of the best men I have ever known just a little was the Governor of PA Ray Shafer who was
a Republican. Gingrich, the super rich, Nixon and his shits, and so on have made that kind of Republican
extinct. Trump is an example of what has happened when all the right’s toxins festers.

everything Republicans do is legitimate to them, no matter how contradictory, dishonest, dumb, hypocritical or illegal.

But EVERYTHING Dems do is illegitimate.

The GOP is fucking exhausting.

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect. - Frank Wilhoit

The answer is a bit more complicated, but I think it boils down to conditioning. Others here are correct when they say Republicans play by a different set of rules. The corporate media has consistently failed to call out their hypocrisy and lies for so long -- while nitpicking Democrats for every little thing -- that this double standard has become normalized.

Very much like the Bannon strategy for Trump;
Flood the zone with feces.

It gets so overwhelming that his lies and actions that would have spelled the end of any other political career have become normalized.

"Oh, that's just Trump being Trump."
Maybe so, but what Trump IS should be abhorrent to every decent human being and voter with at least half a brain.
