He likes drawings of ballrooms and "arches." He likes talking about such things. But, when it comes to actually building them, he's not so good at that. Whatever he does, his term of office ends in January of 2029. Even his hand-picked SCOTUS isn't going to extend that term for him.

So, none of the crap he is planning is going to be built and completed before then. It's just not. He'll leave with the same truncated White House he created.

That's just how he is. He starts "projects" but doesn't follow through on them. That's his nature. There are lots of people like that. They love to imagine doing great things, but just never really get started actually doing them.

He just bankrupts things and walks away. He borrows more money on projects that are underway, only to start planning another one. He puts his name on things and then watches them deteriorate and moves on.

He will die with most of his current projects uncompleted. That's his way.
