There was once a man

who was sometimes bothered by hornets in his yard. He decides to whack the nest with a bat, backyard no longer available.

He negotiates with the hornets. They say buzz off.

I was out sealing a gutter downspout that leaked, even after wrapping it with magic waterproof tape.

I took the torch to it, hoping it would really seal this time. Awaiting results. Home is intact.

I dunno if it worked yet, but when it clears Monday, there's always the magic spray seal ready to apply.
