The majority of Muslims believe simply depicting Muhammad is forbidden, such images are considered deeply offensive in Islam. Many individuals and groups have been attacked and killed for posting, publishing, or showing disrespectful images of the Prophet. If Trump does post a blasphemous image of himself as the Prophet Muhammad, you can be sure some Ayatollah will issue a Fatwa on his ass.

It's already happened: In Garland, Texas, two gunmen attacked a contest that was awarding a prize for the best cartoon of Muhammad. Terrorists attacked the offices of Charlie Hebdo, the French satirical magazine in Paris, killing 12 people after it published cartoons of Muhammad. A post on Facebook allegedly mocking Muhammad caused riots in Bangladesh in 2019. And Samuel Paty, a French school teacher, was beheaded near Paris after showing cartoons of Muhammad during a class on freedom of speech.
