George Conway on Bluesky today.

"I'm just contemplating the fact that one moron, one psychotic moron, one capricious idiot, has completely bollocksed up the global economy not only to the detriment of his own people, but the detriment of the planet. ... It's like how much more of this can the planet take?"

The delusion that removing that orange gibbon will just miraculously fix everything is just that.

The delusion that removing this regime will just miraculously fix everything is just that.

The delusion that doing anything less that canceling the rethug party and the corruption that they fostered on the Constitution, as well as most other 'laws of the land' by whatever it takes, is just that.

Delusion.

But, we as a society seem to be pretty good at being delusional... so...

Personally, I feel that it is the desire to try and insinuate that it is all their fault while trying desperately trying to shield what is behind all of it and what has to be addressed if we ever want to be an equal and free society is the main goal of the 'power' in our society. There is just too much money being made over things in our society that could and should be fixed or replaced, so they will fight tooth and nail to keep the social structure as it is.

And, that is a bad thing, because our very societal structure is what needs to be fixed or replaced.

First and foremost. We can't build anything without a good foundation.

...in their efforts to suppress the vote by encouraging non-participation or by encouraging primary-only participation wherein the voter feels no further obligation to support the party's eventual nominee. The "Killer Kamala" and "Genocide Joe" people (where are they now?) contributed to our party's loss and the GOP's gains.

There were plenty of Muslims in Michigan who sat out because of ONE ISSUE.

So many people are unable to see the big picture........sucked in by the "what aboutism" BULLSHIT.

My SIL voted for Stein in 2016 because of the anti-Hillary propaganda.

I had to YELL at him. WHY??!?!? You might as well just vote for Dotard. Stein was a Russian PLANT to sink Hillary's campaign.

I wax poetic about all that would not have been destroyed (right to choose for one thing) if we had enough sense NOT to elect an imbecilic douchbag in 2016.

We warned all you fucking asswipes about Project 2025. Yet you stayed home anyway. Or you bought the nonsense about Joe Biden, is this, or Joe Biden is that.

The imbecilic, treasonous PIG claimed immigrants were EATING PETS??!?!? And you fucking believed it?? YOU VOTED FOR HIM??

You, Rick Wilson and Steve Schmidt, among others, are doing a commendable Dr. Frankenstein imitation, but don't forget, you all created the environment ripe for exactly this. Economic policies that took us back to the Gilded Age. The politics of scapegoating so many Americans lose sight of who the real economic culprits are. And an unholy alliance with a bunch of religious nutters who are so far out there even Margret Atwood couldn't imagine them. If you want to see the source of all this stupidity, look in the goddamn mirror. We've been warning you for those same 50 years!

But why are you blaming George Conway, Rick Wilson & Steve Schmidt for the economic mess we are in?
Don't you think The Lincoln Project produces some great anti-Trump ads?
These people hate the stupid, fat, pedophile bastard as much as we Democrats do!
How can you say that these Trump-haters "are doing a commendable Dr. Frankenstein imitation"?

IMHO, the people you should be attacking are the GOP Trump enablers in Congress & on SCOTUS, plus all the MAGAt voters who still support the bastard.

I listened to him on a pod cast yesterday. He has respect for, and a solid understanding of, the Constitution. I think it was about a year and a half ago, I asked him if he would do an interview for DU. He said he wanted to, but was too busy at the time. Maybe I'll get ahold of him again soon, if people here would be interested. I know he is an independent, but he is very much opposed to the felon.

They hoped he would change but when he did not, they left the party. I remember when Sir Slum a Lot won the nomination
in 2015 Nicole Wallace who was covering the convention with Rachel Maddow looked on in disbelief and said something
to the effect of "I have just watched the destruction of my party." There are quite a few real republicans that do not like what
is happening any more than we do. Quite frankly there is no Republican party left. They need to rename it the RINO party. I try
to cut some slack to those Republicans who do not like what is happening any more than we do, especially the ones who were
on to Agent Orange Anus since his first term. My biggest problem with Republicans has mostly been that while I might agree with
some of their principles, I disagree with their solutions.

who are not doing their constitutional duty to check his power. American's have to stand together and wipe out the GOP for the rest of our lives. Not one of them should ever get elected again. THEY are the problem!

And as Hillary Clinton pointed out yesterday, that's to start. Get the GOP out of town for good. Then bring in accountability and the rule of law, go after these SOBs, prosecute them for their crimes and strip them of the U.S. Treasury money they enriched themselves on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
