That life is beautiful, full of joy, music, people we love and simple beauty…….all of it can be ended in the snap of the fingers. Unplanned disaster at any moment. How is that not hell? My grandmother would tell me, ‘the fires of hell are hot’ but I think it’s more than heat! Trying to stay positive in this nightmare gets harder every day! It’s hard to imagine sex abuse on this magnitude world wide. It is interesting that if women shoot their abusers in self defense there is a lot of explaining to be done and more times than not she will pay the price for having stood up to her abuser.
