Why in the world would they use THAT photo when there are literally thousands of better photos of him everywhere?

Sharpie artists would have a blast defacing every one they had. Hitler mustaches would be easy but I'm sure people would go wild trying to outdo others.

The mint wouldn't be able to keep up printing replacement notes.
