Last Sunday we heard that Satan - uh- I mean Mitch McConnel was hospitalized.

And nothing since. Anybody know what's going on?

(It would be such a terrible loss if anything bad happened to him, right?)

5. Easy to see the source of the confusion, but Satan was just visiting.

For such a close friend, a card and flowers wouldn't be enough.

7. Can't find anything about having been released so presumably he is still hospitalized.

8. If the GOP was thankful, they'd be out there wishing McConnell a speedy recovery, he is the reason we are where we are.

Now, he had nothing to do with Trump getting elected in 2016 but he used Trump to game the Supreme Court to his liking. Everything the GOP has wanted in terms of abortion and gerrymandering and the Voting Rights Act... it was all Mitch McConnell.

He set out to get control of the court and he was successful. He is the anti-Pelosi... the most effective of their generation but for the wrong reasons. He probably learned a lot battling it out with Harry Reid.

But yet, he said some bad things about Trump so now he is persona non-grata, despite the fact that he could've put the nail in Trump's coffin after the last impeachment post Jan 6th and did not.

MAGA and Republicans in general should be celebrating Mitch and lining up to wash his feet, to be honest. But that just goes to show you how bad the cult has grown that they treat their most effective legislator who is probably dying, like a piece of shit, based on the attitude that their cult leader has towards him.

keep their seat warm in the interim, see U.S. Rep. Tom Kean Jr. who has been gone without a trace since early March.
