United Airlines agent threatens to call ICE on a customer
A United Airlines customer service agent at San Francisco International Airport threatened to summon Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, on a patron.
The altercation was captured on video and shared by the air travel blog "View from the Wing" on Thursday.
The union-represented agent told the customer, "Maybe we should call ICE on you," adding, "Maybe you need to be — because you don't act like a citizen."
The confrontation escalated when the customer demanded she repeat the statement, challenging her to actually call ICE.
