A word of encouragement to folks who made resolutions to their health:

YOU CAN DO IT!

Whether it be decisions to quit smoking, begin a new diet, exercise more or make an impact on the stress in your life...

One week down towards positive change that you can see AND feel!

YOU'VE *GOT* THIS!

'if you say so'....not my strongest morning in terms of steely will to carry out changes for the better....so your OP was well timed and it is amazing to me that reading a few words from a person I don't really know does in fact encourage me. Do *not* discount telling EVERYONE you know about the postive impact you've decided to make on your life!

You will find the encouragement all around you; even when you share it with complete strangers!

BE the change you want to see; both in YOURSELF and in the WORLD!

Did you happen to think of the cardiovascular health benefits to your crusade to rid the world of the last Twinkie...?

Methinks you'll need some more bacon after your latest pillaging effort.

You've *got* this...
