I can only surmise that the reason the entire gop aren't facing RICO Statute charges,is fear within the Dem Party that the same ploy can also be used against them.......

I mean hell.......Try to imagine the list of felony charges ANY other group engaging in these kinds of traitorous,treasonous activities would face.......
