11. Funny thing is, Romney didn't create the binders.

He was presented with the binders by a woman's group; the group had prepared the binders before it was known who would be governor, I think.
But - hilariously - Romney took credit for the binders, so he owns them, for better or for worse.

12. So true. He really played that wrong, huh. He was trying to make it look like he was the one

who sought out the women to hire and it was the group that came to him.

But, it all backfired and then he couldn't say they were the group's binders.

Wish he hadn't stopped taking press questions by then...it would have been very hard for him to explain all that if you pressed him on it.

Joe was "outraged" that Obama didn't select any women, like Romney obviously would have because Romney had binders full of women.
