If you don't want to abide by those rules, go live somewhere else, or go to jail.
Your choice.

(206 posts)I've been wondering where OWS went. They couldn't abide by the laws passed by our elected reps, so they moved to another country or are in jail.

OWS broke plenty of laws during their protests. Camping on public land, impeding traffice, drug use, failure to obey the police, trespassing, violence and vandalism, to name a few. All being "laws that had been passed by our elected representatives."

(21,475 posts)So what is your point? Not every single person that showed up at any given event broke laws.. Some did as usually happens at ANY event and many paid a stiff price for their actions...

(206 posts)They can move if they don't like the law, or they can be jailed for every little violation they commit.
I for one know that I would feel safer visiting NYC without the fear of being attacked by OWS members hanging around every corner.
