(31,849 posts)that no one seems to acknowledge as having done nothing, but hide in the blame of this President when things don't get done, and accept the praise of this President, when it is safe for them to act.

(31,849 posts)I'm tired of reading what President Obama hasn't done right and all he has done wrong ... nevermind, the Constitutionally designated body has done very little, right or wrong, on their own initiative.

(269,157 posts)when Gabby Gifford was shot. I guess as he said it is only the American People who will force change and she did not have the same impact on people as these innocent little children and their teachers being slaughtered days before Christmas.
Thank you Obama!!

(62,683 posts)I think the recent vote on Sandy relief is an example of that. People were outraged at Congress's refusal to allocate more to help our fellow citizens.
Problem is, so much is done under the radar that the majority isn't even aware. We need to always keep it "out there" when they do shit like that. It's wrong, and it's wearying, but it's our reality these days.

(27,461 posts)people who complained about his lack of action were right in that there were steps that were not being taken. People who made excuses for Obama to the effect that such action was impossible, are being proven wrong by the action Obama is taking now.
