Apparently, these nutters think they're modern Spartans, challenging the bad ol' gummint to 'come and get them,' meaning their guns.

Wish they would" come and get" a dictionary.
I misspell all the time, use slang or do not use spell check to correct typos if it is just a casual comment or a note to someone and I am in a hurry , but c'mon you are making a protest sign and do not take the time to even check the spelling ( or are stupid enough to think it IS spelled that way)???
Shows you how dumb and/or raging the haters are!

(5,725 posts)If I make my own sign to take to a rally, I make sure it's spell-checked before I go. In my opinion, it may be funny, but it smacks of bullying when you make fun of other people's poor spelling and grammar.

(153 posts)My spelling and grammar is far from perfect. There are times I do try, and there are times I really don't care. 17+ years on teh Internets, and picking up bad habits has become the norm.
Without a doubt, I've made a grammatical or punctuation mistake in this post.
It's teh Internets... not my resume.
