Yesterday, Barbara and George Bush's stupidest son went missing. There was almost no mention of his name in the media.

Someone said that he has only made 14 intentional appearances in the last 4 years.

Tonight we were watching Homeland on DVD. The title credits background is a sequence of scenes that set up the Claire Danes character's raison d'etre. You see St. Ronald. Then you see The Dawg. Then you see . . . . Colin Powell. And then Obama.

No Bushes.

More and more we're seeing . . . . nothing.

Like it never happened.

If you were a Republican . . . or anyone from Corporate America running things . . . would you parade around arguably the largest intentional failure of this past century (or two centuries, depending on who you ask) to remind Americans of your ultimate legacy? Would you display a reminder that every candidate since that failure is ultimately WORSE than Bewsh, if that's humanly possible?

Their sorry, rotted, corrupt brand is killing them. To my ultimate delight.
