has gotten so far. Why are so many Americans so willing to antagonize the poor and vulnerable. Will we drug test the disabled as well who get a check because many do. And where will the idiocy stop.

This policy is so unAmerican and nazi like it is sick. What ever happened to probable cause and privacy?

1. I think there was a comedian or protester

who went to some official gathering where such a policy was being discussed and asked on of the politicians to pee in a cup. If this goes forth, it should also be mandatory for all the governing officials and their staff to do the same. Imagine the cost - to taxpayers - of all those lab analyses...

I don't have a link, but I read that the cost of the drug tests was much higher than the money that was saved by denying benefits to those who didn't test clean.
