So, if the Dems are such stupid, useless, wimps...

If that were the case, how did they:

Number A, control the narrative during the 2012 election cycle in spite of the relentless and well-financed right-wing-controlled media;

Letter 2, outpoll the Reeps in the congressional and Presidential elections;

Thirdly, put the Reeps on the defensive and the ropes to such an extent that the media meme has changed from "the permanent Republican majority" to "the Republican party facing an existential threat"?

Answer: the Dems are taking an incremental, strategic approach that is bearing fruit; while the activist community bitches and moans that they aren't pure enough.

Ask the Teabaggers how well that purity thing is working for them, why don'tcha?

I go with results. And the Dems have gotten results of late.

Not that I agree with your characterization of our party. I don't, but there is an easy answer here.

2. Comparing the left who represent the Majority opinion and both parties ignore to the Tea Party

who are a vocal MINORITY empowered by the ruling 'elite' is WEAK.

Speaking for those on the left who criticize the Democratic Patry's elected officials of not acting in the Public interest. I am offended that you equate my actions to those of deluded Fox SnewZ viewers the Koch Bros have bussed into some staged event demanding the Govt. keep its' hands off their Medicare.

Neither the extreme Left nor the extreme Right "represent the Majority opinion". But both claim to do so. I'd say my statement is a valid comparison, and one that would hack off the Limbaughs just as much as it does you.

5. The "Extreme Left " position on most issues has more than 50% support in polls

nice framing. Please name 3 of the "Extreme Left" and what exactly are the extreme out of the ordinary positions they are advocating? It is your position please provide details to support your well considered position.

Try these:
"single payer health care";
"restricting unbridled Corporate influence over our government";
"equal civil rights for everyone regardless of sexual identity";
"Universal Free quality Public Education";
"replacing 'Flat Earth free trade' deals with Fair trade agreements";
"Withdrawing from agreements that place Corporate Profits above People's rights".

6. Positions are not what I was addressing

Behavior, on the other hand, is. The constant sniping at Obama and other Dems is not only getting old, it is looking pretty damned foolish, given the success they have achieved.

I was pointing out a closed-minded tendency of people on the fringes of American political thought: and you just proved my point rather well. Rather than continuing the discussion, you chose to assume a mindset on my part that allowed you to use a trite conversational ploy to shut down the discussion.

I suggest people open their minds and acknowledge that projecting their views onto others is not a reality-based modus oprrandi.

9. Right you don't want to: discuss positions; name any of the "Extreme Left"

you speak of; or engage in a conversation beyond your statement
about the left, that became the radical left. I am guilty of a trite conversational ploy to shut down the discussion.

How is that working for your?

...done a whole helluva lot more in four years than they get credit for. Look at the list, it is pretty impressive. But instead of appreciating the things we have gotten, the extreme Left does nothing but bitch, moan, and generally make it harder for the realists to get our work done.
