Actually, I was wondering if she touched him in an aggressive and/or threatening manner. If so, then it is petty assault, BUT..... Since this is the President of the United States, that could make it a capital assault offense. Doesn't matter if it causes harm or not, it is still an assault charge. Petty assault may give you a slap on the wrist with fines and probation. But if it is a capital assault offense, then I think it's 5-15 years in federal penitentiary.

Just saying

And if you think a finger wag merits 5-15 years in a federal lock up, well . . . I don't know what to tell you.

I honestly think this is a mountain out of a molehill. It actually benefits both the president and Brewer. While I don't think it was staged, I wonder if both were acting just a little bit for the camera (especially Brewer).
