Share this with a Lib who supports "free" healthcare: the cheapest Obamacare plan ($20k) will be 33% higher than current average as reported by Kaiser ($15.7k). IRS also calculates the “penalty” (i.e. tax) for that same family not having insurance will be $2400. What's the incentive to purchase?
