Immigration "Reform"--

I've been watching Chris Hayes this a.m. about immigration. Seems like that is the major topic these days. I have yet to hear anyone talk about all the jobs we lost in our country when the major manufacturers here moved their businesses to Mexico and elsewhere. You have to talk to someone from another country when you have trouble with internet connections. Outsourcing customer services seems to happen on a daily basis. If I am not mistaken (please tell me if I am) all this "moving on down" happened on Pres. Clinton's watch. Was that not the time the Republicans were threatening dire circumstances if he didn't sign some bill?
